Art Beijing: A Promise of 10 Years
Art Beijing is 10 years old now. The same as our society, it has experienced a lot, yet still full of hope and prosperity.
When a person is 10 years old, he is only a pupil, with little contribution to the world. When he is 20 years old, he
merely steps out of school and joins the society. Only at his 30s, he will demonstrate his contribution and values to
the world. It is the same to Art Beijing. Though we have grown, we are only pleased when we are able to serve the
world and contribute to the civilization and advancement of the society in the foreseeable future.
Everyone says the 10th anniversary deserves grand celebration. However, it is fine as long as we grow every day,
and we are still here after another 10 years. We expect those joyful gatherings, exciting growth and notable progress.
We want to play our role in the world!
I also have my romantic dream, that is, one day, along with Asian galleries and art, Art Beijing will travel to New York,
to London and to the whole world. Today, we are a pupil running on the fields of hope.
Our knowledge and practical operation of Art Beijing is evolving, while our market insights have changed. Throughout
the process, I have been thinking about serving people – I wish to lead our people towards a more containing and
civilized direction. But the destination cannot be arrived overnight.
Looking back at the history of art, from the initiation of classicism, Barbizon School, impressionism, modernism up to
today’s visual art, it is created by many individuals, paintings and footsteps, instead of overnight harvest. The education
needs to inject into our blood. These changes help me make up my mind. We are local, and it is important to lead our
people to get to know and perceive art.
We operate in Beijing, representing not only a brand, but also the attitude of a Chinese. It is rooted in our confidence
and promise to the future, because we have infinite future to promise.
As the society evolves, people have unprecedented desire on civilization and art. Facing the largest potential market in
the world, everything will better off as long as we carry on with our professionalism and attitude!

Post-80s Ink Painting Exhibition
In recent years, a number of young artists have emerged in various exhibitions and auctions, and business and art leaders
also show their supports and expectation to the young generation. Among the group, young ink painters are in particular
distinguished in terms of public popularity and market exposure. As 58art.com always promises, this Post-80s Ink Painting Exhibition will present more artworks from young artists to the public, so that you can appreciate the creation
and creativity of the youth. We expect that these young men and women will write a new chapter in the history of fine art.
